Do I need Instagram API access?
You do not need a separate Instagram API for competitor posts: add a competitor by @username, the service syncs the feed, and analysis starts from competitor posts in the app. For Insights on your own account, connect a professional Instagram on the profile Data tab (Meta OAuth).
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After registration and account approval you get a Trial plan (usually 14 days) with plan limits. Card billing is still in preview mode — no real charges; you can test within the limits.
How do I get access after signing up?
Verify your email (or sign in with Google / Facebook when enabled). Then an administrator approves your account. Until approval, you cannot open the app.
How do Reels and carousels differ?
Reels are analyzed with video and audio; carousels by slides and text. Both can be analyzed from competitor posts and used for pattern reports and ideas.
How does competitor monitoring work?
Add Instagram accounts in Competitors — the service syncs posts, shows public metrics, and lets you run AI analysis of Reels and carousels from the post list. Separate from Insights for your own account stats.
Can I export reports?
Reports are available in the app; many can be exported to PDF. A public share link opens the full report in read-only mode for anyone who has the URL.
